Anyone else having trouble even finding anything? What happened to the old one? That was way more functional than the current status of this website. I can't find anything in Orange County or San Gabriel Valley. Anyone else dissatisfied?

Apparently, they are working on the site. This site is pretty useless right now. I'm supposed to have VIP access and I cannot access any reviews. Search engine is also useless now.

I just checked a message I had sent to administration and they actually responded and got my VIP access to work. I thanked them, but also mentioned that the search engine needs a ton of work. Sure wish we had the old site.

This new version should never have been released until it was READY. It appears they lost complete access to the old version due to money matters, otherwise they would have returned to it by now. Instead of introducing something Better, Beautiful, and Bold, the customer is experiencing something that is BIG, BAD, and BROKEN! As a business advisor, my recommendation would have been to settle the money issue with the previous 'partner' to stay in business to keep the existing customers 'happy'- clearly many of us were mostly satisfied with the existing model, and financially supporting it. THEN work behind the scenes to get this new version truly ready to seamlessly transition to replace the old version. THEN and ONLY THEN you can communicate to your partner- FU!

This site was rolled out several weeks ago. By now, many of the items that needed fixing should have long been fixed. The fact that you can redesign a website, yet don’t have a database that actually works inside of it, is a head-scratcher. All VIP’s subscriptions should be extended, not to mention there should be regular updates on what you’re fixing and what is left to fix. I cannot believe I’m saying I long for the old format.
