Decided to try out new place in Lake Forest. It has been closed a number of times that i have driven by, but Thursday it was open. Greeted by 5 foot tall Chinese woman, who goes by Kathy. English is not a a strength with her. Massage was very good, really worth the money. On the flip, she wanted way too much for a handie or BJ. I did not ask about FS. Returned to see Kathy. Toss up between Judy at Happy Lilly and Kathy. Decided on Kathy. Did not disappoint. Laid down on table and she proceeded to quickly cover me. Great pre-massage with towel and then the nice oil massage hitting all the knots and sore spots. Towel stayed on areas not being worked on. And never did she go near the boys. On the flip. She started with a nice head and back massage. Boys still covered. Then the sit down and arm and hand massage keeping a little pressure so my hands could not roam. On the upper leg and groin massage. She came close. But close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades. Overall an absolutely wonderful massage. Read about this this place on sumo search and they make it sound a lot better than it really is. Anyways it’s in a very nice area and you would never expect it. Parked in the rear because only 20 parking in front and painted green. Two girls working and I only saw one, I could here the other one, has door to the room but the walls stop short of the ceiling, I got Kathy and she told me she is new. Very much a plain jane, she put a towel on my naked body but kept it below my ass, so I knew something was up. Ok massage and I would rub her very nice sized ass when I got an opportunity and was not rejected, but as the massage went on I felt that she was not into it but just trying to make rent money so I stopped anything else and went with the flow. Flipped and she didn’t cover my junk and slowly made her way to it . Standard stuff with some ball teasing which was nice but at that point I just wanted to finish and get out of there, I could here the other woman laughing and having a good time so I knew I got the wrong one. Went in on a whim and thought it was a different place. Kathy greets me and offer a massage so I select 45 minutes for $50 and I thought being in Orange county Korean area I might get lucky. Kathy actually gave a pretty good massage but since I had not been there before she hesitated to touch any of my Junk. the massage was good while on my stomach and back whit covering with a light sheet which she just moved around never really grabbing my stuff even after I gave her plenty of signals by massaging her but no complaints and I tried to grab a feel but she just kept massaging no reaction. At the end she said thank you and I had blue balls and she left the room so i could dress. Would I recommend Nah and the ladies where either old or heavy and they were way scared of doing anything. For the price the foot massage places around you get better value more fun and less money. She did say they were slow I wonder why.

She was nice but money hungry and everything was a negotiation and an upsale. This is a high end facility with a great finish, but the constant haggling was a distraction despite everything else being top notch

Had seen this place a while ago and had wanted to...
Had seen this place a while ago and had wanted to check it out. So I decided after the lock down to give it a try. Walked in early afternoon and was greeted by Kathy, she seemed so happy that I had stopped in, like finally things were going to get back to normal. Told me to take my clothes off and lay down. She came back in shortly and proceeded to give a pretty good massage already starting to tease and giggling. I'm thinking this is going to be good. About 15 minutes in the bell chimes and someone walks in. She excuses her shelf and goes to talk to them. I can hear her lead him to a room. She comes back in and explains that another girl is on her way and will be here in 10 minutes. I tell her no problem, they have been off a long time and I understand they don't want to lose business. 20 minutes later the other girl arrives and Kathy comes back in. Richard, also I think from the sound of this review it may have been old mms at Moonlight and he just picked the wrong parlor to make the review under....thereby possibly causing all the confusion. As far as I know Candy does not do service anymore...

Richard, you are spot on. I emailed MPR asking them to straighten out this error. The easy way they can follow up is by the phone number on the reviews. I gave them full particulars and asked them to reestablish EHS on this phone number. As you may have noticed for most of the reviews for EHS used to be labeled \"Esondido Health Spa\" not Escondido Health Spa...but as far as I know Moonlight and EHS were never the same place as they always had two separate locations and two separate phone numbers.

I think there\'s a problem under the hood. EHS doesn\'t apparently exist anymore for MPR--all the girls at EHS have been switched to Moonlight, though the address and phone is still that of EHS. So I would guess that this probably is Candy, not Kathy (although last I was there she said she doesn\'t do massagee anymore).

At the City Council meeting on January 11th SVPD Commander Alan Thompson told the Mayor and City Council members, \"A shocking number of our massage businesses are fronts for prostitution. Our special operations unit is currently investigating numerous complaints of illegal activity. We continue to compile information from various resources related to prostitution taking place at massage establishments. The City Attorney is now preparing civil actions.\"

on January 11th SVPD Commander Thompson gave his investigation report to the City Attorney, Mayor, City Manager and all Council members. LE operations will take place during the next 60 days throughout the city. City Attorney is preparing civil actions. DA reported Simi is number 2 in the County second only to Oxnard. many of the girls are worried so just be cool with them and carry on as usual. watch this space for updates.

Be aware that LE has been making the rounds at all of the stores around town. Most of the girls have reported to me that 3 to 4 LE officers in uniform have made surprise visits at their stores for un-announced code compliance checks. LE was taking notes when asking the girls questions and required the girls to show their ID\'s and licenses to them. LE has been inspecting the rooms and going through the inside of the stores. Some of the store owners told me they called a few of the other owners to alert them after LE showed up. Some stores were checked by LE in the evening. If you happen to be inside of the room with the girl when LE arrives now all of you know what to expect. Watch this space for more updates.

the new city ordinance requires AMP owners to keep daily logs requiring customers to write their names and addresses along with the provider\'s name and time in the rooms on sign in sheets. city inspections will be checking the daily logs. the new city tactic will utilize their new Public Nuisance Abatement to impose multiple and repeat fines on all providers, AMP owners, and Landlords until the city attorney can close the stores down.

the new Simi Valley 40 page massage ordinance is in effect right now. all AMPs owners have 90 days until January 10, 2016 to register, pay fees, and obtain operating permits. all providers must also register, provide proof of employment, and receive photo ID\'s from the SVPD. Commander Thompson will be enforcing the new ordinance. expect major changes after 1-10-16 when the compliance inspections of all AMPs will begin throughout the City.

As Kenden222 said, she was about 20 lbs. overweight when I was seeing her as well. Great rack & nice baby french kisses, but not sure if she does that anymore. She never talked $$$ w/ me, but it only takes a bad customer or 3 to change that.
