I do like this place because it is clean and the ladies are smiling & friendly. Amanda was a thin lady, wore a short skirt so I knew options were available. I tried to enjoy the massage first but I could tell she was anxious for increased activity so I started rubbing her legs after about 10 minutes. I tried to make conversation but her English was not good. She brought up one of those translators on her phone and we communicated somewhat. I wanted her to get naked and maybe a BJ or DATY. Saw a new establishment that just opened up for business, this one is situated in a small shopping center. Barber shop, beauty shop, laundromat is some of its neighbors. I went in on a Monday night around 7pm, place was empty noticed some of the girls were playing card games. I chose the one-hour massage for $50.00; I was escorted to my room by an older Chinese lady, very friendly who encourage me to wear a mask, which I did. Got naked and ready, my masseuse walked in wearing mask, she seemed to be in her 30’s, friendly mannerism, she initially covered me a long sheet and massaged my body using long stroke, she asked whether I want hard or medium. on January 11th SVPD Commander Thompson gave his investigation report to the City Attorney, Mayor, City Manager and all Council members. LE operations will take place during the next 60 days throughout the city. City Attorney is preparing civil actions. DA reported Simi is number 2 in the County second only to Oxnard. many of the girls are worried so just be cool with them and carry on as usual. watch this space for updates.

Be aware that LE has been making the rounds at all of the stores around town. Most of the girls have reported to me that 3 to 4 LE officers in uniform have made surprise visits at their stores for un-announced code compliance checks. LE was taking notes when asking the girls questions and required the girls to show their ID\'s and licenses to them. LE has been inspecting the rooms and going through the inside of the stores. the new Simi Valley 40 page massage ordinance is in effect right now. all AMPs owners have 90 days until January 10, 2016 to register, pay fees, and obtain operating permits. all providers must also register, provide proof of employment, and receive photo ID\'s from the SVPD. Commander Thompson will be enforcing the new ordinance. expect major changes after 1-10-16 when the compliance inspections of all AMPs will begin throughout the City.

Doggy Style, you have to look at it from their perspective. If you just gave a hj to some old fat guy and he tips you 10 bucks, what would you do? There are a lot of assholes out there. $40 tip is way too much at this place. 20 to 30 max and they are fine with it. If you\'re getting a HJ the girl is not allowing access and looking at the curtain or crack between the room divider most of the time. For these reasons 20-30 max.
