Sofia at QZ Central Avenue Centre Avenue is a second location of QZ Spa, quieter, less busy, and much cleaner and off the main drag but still operated with older 30-50 yo Chinese ladies. Sofia provided a very strong, almost painful massage using her elbows to rearrange my spine and muscles. To my relief she eased-off on the flip and provided a slow and less intense but adequate HE. There prices have gone up $10, $50 from $40. Temp check then on to the room. They have a disposable sheet on the table.
