First time I thought her name was Lili, second time I believe she said Vivi. I'm getting old, my hearing isn't as good, and she speaks very quietly, so sorry if I'm wrong. Anyway, she is very nice, great attitude. She took the towel off immediately, then worked me over with a skilled massage, used her elbows, too, as I asked for 'hard'.
