I scheduled a session with Phen based on their intense advertising online. Pics that she posted could lead you to believe extras are available, as well as talking to her on the phone while scheduling - lots of hints thrown in. Once I was there, she lead me to the massage room - and that point I should have just walked out! The room is perhaps 6 feet away from the nearest haircut chair and it is separated from the salon by the sliding door, that doesnt even close all the way. Even if it did, you would still hear every word spoken by hair stylists and customers. Also, the massage bed is located right in the middle, and once you're on it butt-naked, every time the flimsy sliding door is opened for Phen to go in and out - every single person outside can see you! Phen - in person way older and more homely than her pics. Now, the massage - completely uncoordinated and untrained series of motions all over you. No sensuality. Additionally, she did not stop looking at herself in the big mirror over the bed. At first, i thought she was checking her hair, but after 10, 20 mins of intensely staring at herself, while attempting to rub my back - it just got weird. Never asked me a single question regarding my massage preference, nor did she check on me throughout the process. Finally, she continued to check her phone text messages and twice also replied with one hand!! Walked in and out at least 3 times, for no apparent reason... Lastly, my "one hour" ended in 40 minutes, when she attempted to sit me up and do some nonsense with my ears... I declined and she just left the room, leavimg me soaked in lotion. I had to dry myself with suspiciously looking towels so I don't transfer all that lotion on my pants and shirt. This one truly needs to be avoided!
