I had an interesting experience visiting what had been a go-to spa for me in Oakland. I visited towards the end of the Warriors-Rockets basketball game, expecting to get my usual table shower, hour long massage and blow job (with condom) for about $140 total. I saw a woman named Jo Jo who I hadn't had before, and upon entry into the massage area, I noticed a sign warning patrons against requesting illicit sexual activity from the masseuse. The sign threatened ejection without refund. Not only had I never had Jo Jo before, I never saw this sign before and I had been in that room and others at least 5-6 times altogether.
Upon entry, I paid the typical $60. I got undressed and was led to the table shower area. Unlike previous experiences, no extra attention was given to my nether-regions. I found this strange. As we proceeded back to the massage room, Jo Jo gave an excellent massage. Throughout, I was able to generously rub her ass without objection, and for this reason I thought I might get my usual service despite my earlier concerns.
When it came time to flip, again, no extras. I was very confused by this. THis was the very first time I visited this place where I was not offered an HJ for $60, BJ for $80 and sex for $120. At first I thought that Kim's must be subject to some heightened scrutiny as a result of a police investigation or some sort of sting operation where Kim's was exposed.
However, I have realized that my visit was my first time there that early in the evening. I typically visit closer to closing, and that day I visited around 8pm or so. I suspect that that may explain why all of a sudden Kim's was operating "by the book." My masseuse was still dressed the same as my past experiences, in a skimpy, easily removable outfit. But I think the time of day, or perhaps something different about me, inspired them to not provide the services to which I had grown accustomed.
