Delight Day Spa has been open for a month. It has grand opening banners outside and advertises $39 an hour for any type of massage. It is a Thai place. Only problem with the place is that it is TOTALLY LEGIT. I walked in and asked for the special and, because there was a nerdy dude out front, and this is Silver Lake, I also asked for a female masseuse. I got Pancake who looked almost indian and wore loose nurse clothing or something. She is young, around 23? I asked if she ever worked anywhere else and she said no. The papasan had asked me to put on some gross tan boxers but I wore my own. The massage was legit and legit and legit. Any time my boxers started sliding down, she moved them up. At one point, after she asked me to turn over, she went over and turned off the main light. For a few seconds I thought, hmm, maybe this place will surprise me. It didn't. I think she just wanted to dim the place so I didn't see her so well. Anyway, it was a so so massage with no teasing. Also, I asked her to go soft on my legs and she kept forgetting I asked for that and semi-mangled my limbs. Then at the end I thought she said she was going to get a hot towel, since I had massage oil all over me. I layer on the table like a fool for 5 minutes and she never came back. I guess she must have said something else. These thick accents can throw you. Anyway, if you are looking for extras, this aint the place.
