Refund & Dispute Policy

Refunds may be granted for duplicate or accidental charges within 7 days of purchase. For assistance, please contact mpreviews@gmail.com.

We review all refund requests promptly and in accordance with our Terms of Service. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Method-Specific Policies:

• Credit Card/Debit Card: Disputes can be filed through your card issuer up to 120 days after charge.
• PayPal: Disputes can be filed through PayPal's resolution center.

Subscription Cancellation

Members may cancel subscriptions at any time directly through their account. The cancellation link is available in your profile dropdown menu (visible when you have an active paid subscription).

Access Remains Active Until End of Billing Cycle: When you cancel, your VIP membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after the cancellation date.

How to Cancel:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
3. Select "Cancel Membership" from the dropdown menu (this option appears only for active paid subscribers)
4. Confirm cancellation

Note: If you don't see the "Cancel Membership" option, you may be on a free/basic account. The cancellation link is only visible for active paid subscriptions.

Recurring Payment Frequency:

• Monthly Plan: Renews every 30 days
• 6-Month Plan: Renews every 180 days
• Yearly Plan: Renews every 365 days
