Always carry plenty of ones, fives, tens, and twenties with you. Even if she can crack the hundred and she gives you change in twenties, now assuming you don't have a ten, you can't tip thirty. You have to give her forty and you are out ten bucks. If you forget just stop by the local supermarket, rite aid, or 7-11 and get some change for yourself. It's bad enough when you don't get the service you want, but then have to over tip as well, that just sucks. :(
