I don't know about that. His writing looks like English is not his native language. And Nicholas could be the American name a Chinese guy takes. It does look a little like a sales pitch by someone who has a financial interest in the place, and you're right, someone with enough experience to call this place the best in the area would surely know that table showers are part of the norm.
