Spa Pleasures on Montrose and Cicero is open until 10:00. Quite a few stay open until 10:00 so you can make a 9:00 appointment. Senina use to be open to midnight, but I have not been there yet and I believe someone posted that they recently were shut down.

I am not aware of any open earlier than 10:00 a.m. though.
