I relearned a lesson I should have learned before as I have had at least 50 massage sessions. Don't go to a massage parlor in desperation. I had been trying since about 8:30 this morning to get into and try a place I was told was 24 hours. Turns out it wasn't. I drove around until I gave up on the place about 10. When I finally went back there around 3, I got in to find out from older woman who greeted me that the $35 price was for a foot massage. I was not moved to pay double that. I left disappointed. I started to just write the day off and made appt for next day with someone else. I felt the urge so much I felt I just couldn't "waste the day" so I gambled on Golden Massage near Flamingo and Jones, which advertised on CL for a $49.99 One Hour Massage. Going there was a mistake. I paid $50 cash special door fee which attracted me to go there. They charge $5 extra for credit card so I saved that and glad I did. Tina, who was somewhat average looking but passable, was not well skilled and very tentative about the massage. I spent only about 10 minutes on my stomach before flip. Tina continued with uninspired rubbing and running her fingertips across my body not in a good way. Tina started negotiating right away for a tip without even giving a half decent try at a massage. Money hungry and not concerned about the service. I didn't like her approach as the massage did not provide a good transition to any HE. I knew then it would end badly. She quit after about 30 minutes and had nerve to ask me if I wanted a table shower. I figured I would at least get that as it was very hot outside. I let her know I was not pleased. She had the nerve to ask me about a tip. No friggin way. $50 was too much. Avoid this place. Much better choices. Avoid Golden Massage 5920 West Flamingo
