Bad idea. No access for 7 days, unable to use website for more than 10 days, no communication with paid customers (members) for 13 days. Are we getting credited for down time? All this negative talk about RubMaps, but that's an option now if it wasn't for all the fake reviews.
Recommend the kiss theory: keep it simple stupid.

Why did they change there website. This is way too confusing and doesn't work. Argh!!! The previous setup worked great Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy :(
I completely understand your frustration, and you’re right to expect better communication and smoother access — especially as a paying member. We had a tough break with the old developers shutting things down, which forced us into a rushed launch of this new version. That wasn’t ideal, but it was the only way to get the site back online under our control.
We absolutely will make things right for members who lost access during that downtime — credits or adjustments will be applied so you aren’t left short.
I also hear you on the KISS principle. That’s exactly the direction we’re taking: keeping the design clean, functional, and familiar while building the stability and features the old dinosaur version simply couldn’t support anymore.
Thanks for sticking with us through the bumps — this version will only get better moving forward.
